I am committed to empowering my students to succeed in their beauty journeys, providing them with the skills and confidence they need to thrive. Through my qualifications, I’ve gained in-depth knowledge of various beauty treatments and teaching methods to ensure that every student receives the best education possible.

Upon receipt of full payment (non-refundable), the training manuals will be sent via email for you to review at your convenience. Once you've finished reading, you can proceed to take the online exam through the academy portal before your training day.

Location
Harlo Clinic and Academy is located in Thames Ditton, Surrey. We offer free parking just down the road from the clinic.
The nearest train stations are Surbiton, which is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute Uber ride away, and Hinchley Wood, which is a 10-minute walk or less than a 5-minute Uber ride from our location.

We aim to cater to all students and clients, and if you have any disabilities or specific requirements, please let us know ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure you receive the best possible experience.

How to book
You can book your treatments easily by clicking the "Book Now" button, which will take you directly to our booking system on Fresha.com.
For academy training days, simply select the course you're interested in, click the booking link, pay the deposit, and we’ll be in touch with the next steps.
If you have any questions about booking, feel free to reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Once you book online through our website, you will receive a confirmation email for your deposit. After that, you can schedule your preferred course date through email.

Training Brochure
Our brochure provides detailed information on the training courses we offer. We specialise in small group or 1-1 training sessions, designed to provide high-quality, practical learning experiences.

Dress code for Training Courses
There is no strict dress code; however, we ask that you attend in smart attire. A black tunic or scrubs are ideal for the training day.
Please wear comfortable, practical clothing suitable for the nature of the training.

Fee's and Payments for Training Courses
To secure your place on the training course, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the course begins.
Upon receipt of full payment (non-refundable), the training manuals will be sent via email for you to review at your convenience. Once you've finished reading, you can proceed to take the online exam through the academy portal before your training day.

Fee's and Payments for Treatment Bookings
All clients are asked to pay an upfront NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking.
Clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance, if rescheduled the deposit will can be kept and moved.
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and will be charged a 100% no show fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Training Courses
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your course, we require at least 7 days notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 7 days' notice will result in the loss of your payment.
You are allowed to reschedule your course only once. If rescheduled, a new deposit will be required.
However, if the balance payment has already been made, it can be transferred to a new date, but only once.

T&C's
At Harlo Clinic and Academy, we reserve the right not to pass students at the end of the training day if the required skills or competencies are not met. In this case, case studies will be requested for further assessment.
During this process, students will receive additional support and, if necessary, extra training to ensure they meet the required standards.
Please note that photos and videos will be taken during the course for promotional purposes, and your participation may be recorded. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please let us know in advance.
